Shipping Policy

At Nectardale, we take great care in packing and dispatching every order. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders across India.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your order has been placed, and a separate dispatch notification with a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) 2–4 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities 4–6 business days
Remote & rural areas 6–9 business days
Jammu & Kashmir, North-East states 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹499
  • A flat shipping fee of ₹60 applies to orders below ₹499
  • Expedited or express shipping options, if available, will be displayed at checkout

4. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted logistics partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, and Bluedart, depending on your delivery location and order size. Our team selects the fastest and most reliable carrier available for your pin code.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier partner's website or through the tracking link provided.

If you face any issues tracking your order, please contact us at info@nectardale.com with your order number.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at info@nectardale.com.

  • Provide your order number and photographs of the damaged packaging or product
  • We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable
  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible pin codes across India. COD orders are subject to a handling fee of ₹30, which will be displayed at checkout. Please note that COD orders may take an additional 1 business day to process.

9. International Shipping

At this time, Nectardale ships only within India. We do not currently offer international shipping. Please check back as we plan to expand our delivery reach in the future.

10. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Nectardale is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before confirming your order. Address change requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting us at info@nectardale.com.
