Returns & Refund Policy

At Nectardale, every product is carefully sourced, quality-checked, and packed before it reaches you. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and process refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests only under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged or defective
- The item received is incorrect (wrong product or variant)
- The item is missing from the delivered package
- The product has expired or has a manufacturing defect
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be eligible for return or replacement.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
- Items returned without original packaging or tampered seals
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage by the customer
- Orders where the return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale
3. How to Raise a Return Request
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at info@nectardale.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Use the subject line: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Include clear photographs of the product, packaging, and the issue
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with next steps
Please do not ship any product back to us without receiving written approval from our support team. Unapproved returns will not be accepted or refunded.
4. Refund Eligibility
Once your return request is approved and (if applicable) the product is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the refund decision.

5. Refund Process & Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout:

Refund timelines are subject to your bank or payment provider's processing time. Nectardale is not responsible for delays on the bank's end once the refund has been initiated from our side.
6. Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch
- You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing info@nectardale.com
- If the order has not yet been dispatched, a full refund will be issued
After Dispatch
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
- If you refuse delivery of a dispatched order, return shipping charges will be deducted from any applicable refund
- COD orders refused at delivery may result in your account being flagged for future COD restrictions
7. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you received a wrong or defective item, we will arrange a replacement of the same product (subject to availability) or process a full refund.
8. Return Shipping
If a return is approved and physical return of the product is required:
- Nectardale will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you for eligible cases (damaged, defective, or wrong item)
- If reverse pickup is not available at your pin code, we may request you to self-ship the product; return shipping costs up to ₹100 will be reimbursed
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all seals intact
