All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.
We make every effort to display accurate colours and details, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display is exact.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies and to cancel orders if necessary.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, suspected fraud, or violation of these terms.
Payment must be made at the time of checkout via the available payment methods. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within India (and select international locations where offered). Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nectardale.com with your order number and reason.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Nectardale or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.
